The Venue

Below will provide you will all the key information you need to know about Hidden Valley Motorsport Complex along with your site location. 

Children's Area

The Children's Area is located within Track Centre and is open on Saturday and Sunday only from 10am through till 3pm. The Children's Area is the hub for all the family entertainment including amusement rides and the Disney Fun Zone. Vehicle access to the Children's area will be via Turn 14 (please note this will mean you cross the track). Because of this, vehicle access is restricted to early morning and after the conclusion of racing. Access to the other side of the track throughout the day will only be by foot. To access Turn 14 you will need to enter the venue via Entrance B, Marlows Road.  Access to the other side of the track throughout the day will only be by foot. 

Merchandise Alley

Merchandise Alley is the gateway to the venue for all spectators who are arriving at the event through public transport, it is also the pathway to access the Pit Paddock. Merchandise Alley operates all three days of the event and is the hub for race fans to purchase merchandise and souvenirs. Sites operating within Merchandise Alley will be provided with a CP2 car pass which is positioned directly behind Merchandise Alley. Access to CP2 will be via Entrance B, Marlows Road.

Track Centre

Within Track Centre are a number of different outlets, bars and hospitality spaces which creates a great social atmosphere. Track Centre is also the location for the RACE & ROCK concerts on Saturday and Sunday night. This requires all catering sites within Track Centre to extend their operating hours until approximately 9pm on Saturday and Sunday. Catering Sites within Track Centre are restricted with beverage sales and are permitted to sell water only. Similarly to the Children's Area, Vehicle access to the Children's area will be via Turn 14 (please note this will mean you cross the track). Because of this, vehicle access is restricted to early morning and after the conclusion of racing. Access to the other side of the track throughout the day will only be by foot. To access Turn 14 you will need to enter the venue via Entrance B, Marlows Road.  

Track Crossing

Track Crossing is a hub of of activities, catering and bars spectators walk through when entering the venue through the main gate. Those holding a site at Track Crossing will be required to operate all three days of the event from 7am until the conclusion of the final race. Catering sites who are positioned at Track Crossing will be issued a CP9 car pass which will allow them to park in a back of house space directly behind them. To access CP9 you will be required to enter the venue from Hidden Valley Road, Gate 4. Vehicle access throughout the day is not restricted in and out of Gate 4, however you will be unable to take your vehicle to the other side of the Venue.

The Valley Mound

The Valley Mound, further down from Track Crossing is situated around great viewing areas, bars and the newly installed Valley View Grandstand. Those holding a site at the Valley Mound will be required to operate all three days of the event from 7am until the conclusion of the final race. Access and parking for caterers at the Valley Mound will be from Hidden Valley Road, Gate 4. Vehicle access throughout the day is not restricted in and out of Gate 4, however you will be unable to take your vehicle to the other side of the venue

Shennanigans Hill

Shennanigans Hill is race fan central, surrounded by bars and catering, located down from the Valley Mound. Those holding a site at the Shennanigans Hill will be required to operate all three days of the event from 7am until the conclusion of the final race. Access and parking for caterers at the Shennanigans Hill will be from Hidden Valley Road, Gate 4. Vehicle access throughout the day is not restricted in and out of Gate 4, however you will be unable to take your vehicle to the other side of the venue

Hidden Valley is a big venue and remembering all the gates and entry points is tricky. But it is your responsibility and obligation as a caterer to understand your restrictions and areas of access.  Here is a downloadable map to help you.
