What is Accreditation?
Accreditation is the pass that will allow yourself and staff to access the venue each day.
Why is Accreditation Important?
When working at the event, Accreditation is the device which provides you access into the venue and within the venue.
All requests for accreditation must go through an approval process so that management ensure that only the required people are permitted access to the venue. This is a safety control system to protect workforce, spectators and the event.
How many Accreditation passes am I entitled to?
Your site fee includes 2 staff passes and 1 vehicle pass. All sites over 12m frontage will be issued 4 staff passes. Additional passes can be purchased for $75 (per person) or $100 (per vehicle). Please note, purchasing additional passes does not guarantee you will receive them. All accreditation request must be approved by NT Major Events.
Accreditation is Transferable!
We understand you may have multiple staff working various shifts and days. Because of this, stall holders accreditation is transferable! This means you are able to swap passes over between shifts. All accreditation swaps must occur at the gate and not within the venue. Abusing this right, may result in termination of your event accreditation.
