Download the app at home on the WiFi

The COVIDSafe app is a tool that helps identify people exposed to coronavirus (COVID-19). This helps Health support and protect you, your friends and family. We are encouraging all patrons to 'Do the 3!' – wash your hands, maintain physical distancing  and download the COVIDSafe app. Here are the links to download the app from the App Store and Google Play.

Remember to open the app before you come to Supercars, and leave it running on your phone. 

Plan your journey on the Free Bus Service
The service is different this year, plan ahead!

Four free bus routes will service the City, Casuarina, Palmerston and the Rural Area. This year the free bus is an EXPRESS service, so make your way to the nearest pick-up point to board as buses will not stop along the route.

Contactless Payments
Ticketek will accept eftpos payment only

Things are a little different this year - where possible we are minimising cash transactions in favour of contactless payment methods.

  1. Buying your tickets at the Gate - Please pre-purchase your ticket before heading to the venue to enjoy express, contactless entry. If any tickets are still available on the day, Ticketek will only accept eftpos payment. NO CASH will be handled at the gate - so make sure you bring your bank card!
  2. Buying products inside the venue - all food, drink, bar and merchandise vendors will have eftpos facilities. We encourage all transactions to be contactless where possible. All vendors inside the venue will still accept cash. 
  3. ATMs - Once you are inside the venue there will be 2 x ATMs should you still need cash.  
BYO Food
Pack a picnic and BYO food and water in a sealed container

Food and drink will be available to buy at the venue, but you are welcome to bring food from home for personal consumption. Patrons are allowed to bring in eskys with ice.

You can also bring sealed bottled water, or an empty water bottle to refill at the venue. Water refill stations will be regularly cleaned and are identified on the venue map.

Parking
Free parking at the venue

Free public car parking is available at Hidden Valley Raceway. Access to parking is via Entrance A off Hidden Valley overpass. 

AT THE TRACK

Accessible Services

Accessible parking [H2] is located adjacent to the main entry at Gate 3.

An accessible internal shuttle service is available and supported by Carpentaria Disability Services. When you enter the venue, the Gate Staff or Event Champions can call the service to help you move to your preferred vantage point. The internal service can also be called at the end of the day to take you back to the main Gate.

A dedicated viewing area [H4] is located on the Terraces, giving you sweeping views of the track. To access this dedicated area, head straight down to the track upon entry through Gate 3.

Accessible toilets are located on The Hill [D4], on The Terraces next to the accessible viewing platform [H4] and along the Pit Straight in Track Centre [G6].

During breaks in the track program, the track crossing [G5] will open to allow for crossing to and from Track Centre. Track opening times will be advertised with signage at the track crossing.

Hygiene Stations

Our COVID-19 precautions include increased hygiene practices and facilities, such as portable hygiene stations, hand sanitiser, plus Event Champions, who will help you understand your responsibilities. This includes ‘Doing the 3’:

  1. Washing your hands
  2. Staying 1.5 metres apart from people not in your group

Most importantly, if you feel unwell on the day, please stay at home.

GATE ENTRY: Spectators can enter via one gate only this year - Gate 3. Follow the signs and direction from our ground crew.

Physical Distancing

There will be plenty of shade at Hidden Valley Raceway. When enjoying the racing, please stay 1.5 metres apart from people not in your group.

Restricted Zones

The following areas will be restricted in 2020:

  • The Classics K3-K5
  • Pit Paddock E7-8 - K7-8
  • Track Centre Crossing D6

Bars and Caterers

Food and drink will be available to buy at the venue. All vendors will have eftpos facilities.

You are welcome to bring food from home for personal consumption. Patrons are allowed to bring in eskys with ice.

Radio Frequency

Tune into 96.1FM to listen to the live track commentary and the activity on the big screen.

ATMs

If you really need cash, there will be two ATMs on site. Please refer to the venue map for locations.

Smoking Zones

Hidden Valley Motorsport Complex is a smoke-free venue and must comply with the Tobacco Control Act and Regulations. Designated Outdoors Smoking Areas will be located with signage identifying these areas within the venue. We ask that patrons are respectful of each other, and only smoke in these designated areas.

Shuttle Bus

An internal shuttle is on hand to help move you throughout the venue.
